The Big Vis strategy system

The BigVis Strategic Planning process is a powerful & interactive team strategy session that has been developed over years and has proven to be magnificently effective. Drawing from multiple domains, the BigVis is a flowing process based on a substantial amount of research, models and science. However, it has maintained its ability to be user friendly and not overwhelm with the complexities of strategic theorems.

WHAT IS A SESSION LIKE?

  • Full 4-hour session or if preferred 2 X 2-hour sessions (depending on location).
  • We introduce the model and run you and the team through your own Strategy session with your own board, so you learn through ‘doing the process’ as well as listening.
  • If you have different department leaders , we will have them working on their own boards.
  • Direct access to myself for the next month to help answer questions, refresh learning and offer consultative advice if required.

This model will last a lifetime, it is 100 adaptable to the unpredictability of the education system.

We have run it in health for the last 15 years and it is very effective in health’s ‘high velocity environments.

We have heavily reduced that to enable school’s entry into the program.
